TOPSS induction standards

The TOPSS Induction Standards set out the minimum understanding that staff, new to care, need to have before starting work.

This will ensure that they work safely and confidently and by doing so contribute to assuring
the quality level of the care being delivered.

The programme also provides the first step on a career ladder and an introduction to life-long learning

This will never replace a hands on taught manualsession but it is quite useful as a point of reference. You can of course repeat the copurse until you get it all right so you will have learned something along the way.
